I am 43 and counting, this is not my first blog. As usual with many things in my life I have created and deleted couple of blogs with similar subject. No I decided to put all under one roof Health and wellness for all, for a simple reason I only need to promote a single blog.
My interest in Health and wellness started basically because of couple of my health conditions. So it is my endeavor to give all whatever information I believe good for Health and wellness for all.
